We were really excited for this tour. The weather was good. The driving distance wasn't awful. I thought the boat would be smaller and be able to get closer to land to see the animals. There were puffins and seals, but they were like pin prick sizes to the naked eye. We did see several whales, but again they were really far away. I took a bunch of pictures and zoomed in to see a tall slap or 2. The boats rudder broke, therfore we spun in circles for an hour until the help arrived to fix it. This made us REALLY sea sick even with the patches on AND dramamine being consumed. The company DID however, refund the entire boats tickets, which amounted to around $19,000 so they did step up and do the right thing without being asked. The captain was really nice, informative, and humorous. It was a good tour. I'm sure other people will have better luck with the animals, since the tour company can't determine when they'll show up!

The staff was amazing. Even though we were experiencing problems with the boat, they did their best to give us a great experience and were even able to get us where we could see a whale. I would definitely go with them again! So happy with the charter.
