Money worth spent for a fun way to visit the Grand Canyon. Knowledgeable and safe drivers, fabulous scenery.

Knowledgeable and personable driver. Excellent way to see the Grand Canyon. Clean and comfortable van. The train ride was fabulous. Even had entertainment on board. The driver picked us up at train station. Took us to various outlooks around the canyon. The driver even brought a telescope to see things down in Canyon. Wonderful lunch, and a nice stop at Cameron Trading post. With the Grand Canyon so vast and beautiful, it was so convenient and easy to get around and see the vistas. Great to have a knowledgeable person explain things we saw even to and from the Canyon. This is the only way to see and learn alot on your journey from Sedona to the Grand Canyon. The train ride was comfortsable, and offered scenery not seen from the highway . The hosts on the trainwere helpful. Well worth the money.

Not worth it.

Definitely false advertising. First off, they make it seem as though you will be riding the train the majority of the day, but that’s a lie. We were only on the train for 2.5 hours. The actual train you ride looks nothing like the pictures. Very basic and uncomfortable. Even our tour guide for the Grand Canyon admitted that the verbiage they use is misleading and advised us not to get our hopes up. Total waste of money.

The people. From our pick up at the hotel with JR Ralston, to the people at the train station, to the ladies, like Jenny on the train, everyone was exceptional!! You can tell that they loved what they were doing.

The price for the tour was extremely outrageously over priced. Only thing included was a water bottle.

We understood the train was from Sedona, not Williams. Train took longer than the guide expected and we had ZERO time at the main part of Grand Canyon. The van tour was very nice and informative, However, the GUIDE and the other 3 passengers did not wear their masks inside the van. My husband is 72, I am 65 both high risk for COVID- and we are less than 6 ft, apart. Not acceptable and actually disrespectful of all in the van all day long. The price with the train ride was extremely overpriced. $240 plus so almost $500 for the day was ridiculous. The only reason we took this option was to see from Sedona to the Grand Canyon via the train. Totally not worth. We have had several people ask us about it and we told them do not do it.

We appreciate your feedback. The tour information and itinerary does clearly state that the Grand Canyon Train depot is in Williams. We provide the transportation for the entire day with your professional guide and secure your train seats. Our reservation team also reconfirms all information 24 hours prior to the tour date and confirmed your pickup time from Sedona, tour to Williams where your guide takes care of check in and meets you when you disembark the train at the Grand Canyon. The tour of the Grand Canyon is extensive from South Rim to East Rim. We take our safety protocols seriously and the guide in question has been identified and will be reprimanded. We regret you were disappointed with the train but happy with the tour of the Grand Canyon provided.

The gun fight by horse outside of train, robbers on train collecting our change, the music played for our entertainment, relaxing beauty of the ride. A fun family adventure
