    Abandoned at the Lake!

Although I enjoyed the tour, I was appalled and disgusted by Argosy for dumping all of us out in an unfamiliar area of Seattle after conclusion of the tour. This company has no regard or respect for its customers. I had no way to get back to downtown Seattle and the crew was of no help at all! Two years ago when I took the cruise, Agosy provided a bus for a round-trip experience from their pier. Why was this discontinued? How cheap of Argosy to save a few bucks! I would have gladly paid a few extra dollars for the return bus ride. Don't go on this cruise until this matter is resolved!

This tour was very enjoyable. The staff were excellent, and they gave a great overview of the entire area, the house boats, the Sound, the fishing boats, etc.

    Bring back the bus connector

    , Aug 2021
I have made the trip many times with a bus ride to the Lake Union dock from the pier 55 dock pre-covid. It was great and conveinient. I went to the pier 55 location to validate my ticate and was told I needed to find my own way to Lake Union to start the trip.Glad I was up to the 2 mile walk with my son ,otherwise the doat ride was fun as usual. Please bring back the connector bus trip. I saw some very confused people exiting the boat wondering how to get back to their vehickes.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and talk to us throughout the tour. It was very nice to see the city from the water and get to go around to Lake Union through the locks system. This Was unexpected and new for me to go from saltwater into a freshwater lake while never leaving the boat we were on.
