Car an driver were Good but we requested a meet and greet with a sign with our names and the company did not tell the driver to bring it We had to call him many times !!!

Driver did not text before we landed, the instructions were not clear for where to go meet the vehicle, I was pushed all over in a wheelchair for 45 minutes and it took 3 lengthy calls to finally locate driver. Need a better system for SeaTac pick ups, especially since they definitely had my number and could have texted which would have saved a lot of effort.
