Itinerary not followed
, Nov 2020
The itinerary that was in the tour description was not followed. We were looking forward to seeing Hole in the Rock and the Arizona State Museum and they were not even mentioned. I found it very uncomfortable when the guide offered to take us to his house at the end of the tour to see "how a real Arizonian lives."

Hi Diane, we're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. After diligently looking into your very serious claim, as any form of inappropriate comments are unacceptable, our guide as well as the other guest on the vehicle did not corroborate this story. If you look at the review right above you, it's a little difficult to imagine the two of you had such stark opinions of your guide and experience. As a small business, especially during this pandemic, all reviews are taken very seriously... this is our online reputation and our means of creating business and reaching new clientele. We just ask in the future that you take this into account for whatever business you give your patronage to. Please feel free to call our office to discuss in further detail. Thank you.

Great BBQ at Bootleggers!

My husband and I enjoyed the tour with Cactus Matt of Phoenix and Scottsdale. He was energetic, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. As far as the tour it was fine but however there was not enough time in Old Scottsdale to eat and shop. We only had time to eat so we chose to stay and get back to our Hotel ourselves. Also it would've been nice for us to have seen more of downtown Phoenix and your major league sport complexes for example.
Nice 5 hours

The tour guide was exceptional. Knowledgeable and courteous. The tour was OK. We spent more time at the capitol than other places. I would had like to visit Uptown but instead we went to old city Scottsdale and spent the entire time waiting for our lunch in a busy burger place. We did not had time to walk around the art places or shops because the tour ended there.

Nice drive thru of these 2 cities. Driver mentioned that we would stop at the capital building and do a walk thru but that didn’t happen.

The driver & host was wonderful & so well informed. However, unless you were lucky enough to have a front seat because of the seats being too high at the heads the only view possible was the side view which is not very entertaining. I would take it again & make sure I got a front seat.
Ideal small group tour
