We had tour guide John who was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the city and cuisine and very personable with everyone in the group. All the food we tried was DELICIOUS! There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like! Will be doing this again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Susan was warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the history of new Orleans and really seemed to bring the people to life. I really liked the choices you made for trying true local food. I never would have tried the boudin or gumbo as I didn't think I'd like them, but they were wonderful!

This was a great experience for us as we had never been to NOLA and had no idea where to go or what to do. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and not only took us to taste some local foods but was also able to give us a history of the area we toured and things to do and try in this area.

Kristi was an amazing tour guide who gave us the history of New Orleans in words and food. We got to try the cuisines NOLA is famous for, and were given tips on how to navigate the city. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and I can’t wait to come back for another tour!

Great intro to the French Quarter

Laurent is very knowledgeable and a great guide for our first day in the French Quarter. We loved hearing about the history of the buildings/architecture, food and he gave great recommendations of places to go that we were not able to see during the tour. He was also accommodating for the various needs in our group. I am gluten free and he tried his best to make sure I had something tasty to sample at every stop. Despite my dietary restrictions, the highlight is the food- which was fantastic and offered a wide range of the famous cuisine. Bear in mind this is a long walking tour that goes over cobbled roads and cracked pavers and walks through a good portion of the French Quarter (it is about 6-8 blocks to the first stop with a few blocks between each of the restaurants). I was worried for my mom, who cannot walk very quickly or far without breaks due to her knees, thankfully Laurent kept this in mind and adjusted the pace of the tour accordingly. However, I would recommend if you struggle to walk for long distances to bring an aid like a walking stick to lean on to ensure personal comfort. Overall a great introduction to this remarkable city!
