This was a great experience. The staff at Coastal Helicopters are great and helpful. There was a safety video and then we boarded the helicopter. Beautiful views and a smooth ride. Then, we landed at a camp where the dogs live and sledded on the glacier. Everyone at the camp was helpful. Learned a lot about the dogs and their life. A truly great day!

Viator exceeded our expectations! The most incredible excursion we ever had in Alaska! The helicopter’s views arround and above the Glacier are incredible! The friendly guides helped us at all times! The most beatiful dogs you can imagine...are happy to play with you... enjoying the ride... We catched The most amazing pictures! Highly recommended! Don’t miss this tour!

After anticipating this dog sledding & helicopter excursion for a long time and our kids excitedly looking forward to it, they cancelled us, while we were on the shuttle bus ready to go! During booking, I had made it very clear that we had to be onboard the ship by a certain time and everything was fine and communicated with the helicopter company. Once we arrived in Juneau, we checked in with the tour company about 40 minutes earlier than our scheduled time & patiently waited. As the time passed and the girl at port arranging the shuttles didn't seem to have a concern about the time, I started getting nervous. Finally, when our shuttle arrived late, we boarded. Waited another 15 minutes inside the shuttle only to get the awful news that they would not be able to take us because they were running late and we would not make it back to the ship on time. Not once did this company offer to make it up to us, some how, some way. If the dog sledding wasn't available, they could've at least given us a helicopter tour. In the very least, someone could've called to apologize. THEY NEVER DID AND I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!! Book your dog sledding and helicopter tours with a company that is reliable, honest and that will deliver!
