Really bad tour , the worst weather .. I understand weather can't be controlled but atleast cancel the trip . I requested 3 times for the trip to be cancelled as we can have some sleep and they wouldn't. They took us inspite of really bad weather and the driver said no reschedule due to bad weather. And as expected really cloudy weather and no stars even to see . Mail asking for a refund and they say we will reschedule now if you want , I cannot reschedule after 2 weeks , I cannot do another trip from a free tour

We went knowing there’s only 1%chance of seeing it via aurora app.We stayed in a yurt together with the other guests. We we’re there the entire time until it was time to go.Overall even we didn’t see the northern lights it was a pleasant night for me and my friends just chitchatting over a cup of coffee and hot tea while others are doing their own thing. Our tour guide was nice and accommodating.

so so tour

Joe was a great storyteller and entertainer! Even if we did not get to see the Aurora Borealis that night, Joe ensured that our needs were met. Sven was very pleasing and we felt very welcomed by Sven. But we did not like Maryan at all. She did not even say hi to our group. She only talked to the group who had dinner with her. She made no eye contact with us! As if we did not exist in that room! We felt discriminated as we were all asians in our group and the group she served dinner to were all caucasians. The night would have been okay even if we did not get to see the Aurora Borealis, but Maryan just ruined our night.

Not quite what it was supposed to be

We did not get to see the lights because of the clouds. Mother Nature, I understand that. But we were under the impression that someone would be outside talking about the colors and the origin of the lights, etc. that did not happen. After the sled dog talk, there was nothing. We just seemed to be wandering aimlessly. Also, there were 3 campfires outside, at the end of the night at one you could make s’mores. No one told us about this, we accidentally stumbled across it. Northern Lights

I thought this tour was poor. We were picked up and taken up to a mountain to view the Northern Lights. We were given no information or advice as to why these occur or what to expect. The people let us out, said there was a yurt to sit in and that was it. We were supposed to be able to have coffee and hot chocolate during the viewing however there was no electricity and all the pots didn't work. Don't waste your money on this one. The "guides" were terrible.

This is not a lodge, it is a yurt...which is fine if you know that going in. We expected a lodge that might have a bar or something else to do while waiting for the aurora lights to come out. Also, the seating around the campfire could be improved and made to be a bit more comfortable and inviting. Lastly, the smore's fixings should be kept inside where it is warm as opposed to outside in the freezing cold air which makes them hard and stale.
