The Basics

Explore the museum on your own or join a docent-led tour. See more than 95 classic, American-made vehicles built before World War II, including restored horseless carriages, steamers, electric cars, speedsters, midget racers, and early race cars. Hundreds of vintage outfits and antique accessories are displayed on a rotating basis. Historic photos and videos illustrate Alaska’s motoring history. Don't miss a photo op in period costume, either at a replica Sourdough Roadhouse or inside a 1911 Everitt.
